With over 25 years of experience in the home improvement space, Raffi owns and operates New England Closets – a custom closet company and Carpet Carousel – a full-service flooring retailer.  Both companies operate under the same value system of ensuring an unparalleled customer experience from the time clients initiate contact to when the installations are complete.  New England Closets transforms walk in & reach in closets, mudrooms, laundry rooms, pantries, wardrobes, offices, entertainment units, garages, and much more.  Carpet Carousel provides wall to wall carpeting, custom area rugs, stair runners, gym floors, vinyl planks, engineered hardwood, and much more.  Raffi has a BS from Boston College and an MBA from Babson College.
